For new students this class will serve as an introduction to clay, the hand building process and the studio. Over the course of 10 weeks, we will explore the basics of hand-building and will work with tools, stamps, underglazes and glazes to create interesting and beautiful forms. This class is limited to five students, and is a pre-requisite and foundational course for anyone interested in taking any other class at Green House Pottery. Returning hand builders will have the opportunity to expand on their skills and ideas.
